Seasonal delivery notice

During the Black Friday and Christmas period courier networks are extremely busy, which means deliveries are more likely to take the full 5 working days. We will still dispatch orders in our usual speedy manner, but please plan accordingly as couriers may be slower than normal.

To help couriers during this busy season, especially temporary seasonal drivers, please include the What3Words location for your address at checkout, particularly if your property name is not clearly displayed or your location is hard to find.

All the prices listed on the product pages are excluding VAT. All products on our website are subject to 20% vat as standard.

To see your order total in shipping cart click “checkout”, this will show your Order Summary. Your Order Summary will include: list of items and qty, subtotal, VAT, shipping costs and order total.

Clicking “checkout” does not automatically reserve the items, take payment or save your contact details. These are only collected once you complete the boxes during the checkout process.

Please be assured that you can see your order summary and total without giving us any personal details.
